People without a sense of humor <--- Totally. I'm of the mind that 95% of everyone who thinks they have a good sense of humor actually don't. Some people have told me I have no sense of humor myself, and it isn't true; I'm just hard to please. XD
Not constantly being the center of attention <--- Only sometimes; it depends on how I'm feeling at the time.
Broken clocks and watches <--- YES.
Bad wine <--- I guess so. :P
Shoes that you can't dance in <--- I don't dance, so I don't care about this too much.
People who talk slowly <--- It's not as bad as people who talk too quickly, I think.
People that walk too slow <--- OMG YES, this pisses me off to no end. DX
Pessimistic individuals <--- A definite yes to this.
Addicted people <--- I mostly just hope they break out of their addiction if it's too painful.
Broken technology <--- Yes, but who doesn't?

1. You can only listen to one genre of music for the rest of your life, what do you pick?
I don't think I could do it; not only am I simply unable to choose just one, but if I listen to just one genre long enough I end up getting bored and tired with it and have to move on to something else. Being able to listen to only one genre would obviously be a nightmare for me, as it would be for anyone.
That said, if you could ensure I wouldn't get sick and tired after listening to it for long periods of time? Definitely post-rock. There's enough creativity and variation in that sub-genre to keep things interesting anyway. XD
2. Favourite comedy movie?
Hmmmm, this is hard to say, because those movies I enjoyed the most, even those with lots of comedy in them, I'd hardly call comedies, and those that usually are called comedies, even so-called "classics," I never really liked all that much. I think Shaun of the Dead would have to be up there, as well as Good Bye Lenin!, Marty, Millions, Little Miss Sunshine, The Princess Bride, Caterina in the Big City, Tampopo, Hotel Hibiscus, and Summer Time Machine Blues, but with the exception of one or two of those, I wouldn't call them "comedies" in the truest sense of the word. I'd also say Love and Death, but I'm usually hesitant to admit I like it because it's a Woody Allen movie, and as much as I do like his movies (mostly the earlier ones), his support of Roman Polanski as well as other *ahem* unsavory things he's done that I've found out not too long ago is always going to be in the back of my mind whenever I watch any of his stuff. (Oh, I also liked Annie Hall and Crimes and Misdemeanors, but the latter is definitely not a comedy.)
3. If you were on death-row in prison, what would your last meal be? You can request anything that is edible.
A huge platter of grilled and friend shrimp and scallops on top of penne and spaghetti pasta in carbonara sauce (with any other things the chef wishes the throw in), some tartar sauce in case I want to dump the shrimp and scallops in that instead, sides of hot edamame, onion rings, and egg rolls, chocolate fudge ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate-covered raisins, and chocolate fondue for dessert, and either iced tea or something more alcoholic (like good wine) to drink.
4. Is there a story/reason behind your username?
None whatsoever; it's just random letters that sound like it could be a word in a foreign language but isn't. I had a rename token someone gave to me for a while, but I didn't know what username I wanted to switch to so I gave it up to
character_bleed -- and now that I do have a username I want to switch to, I completely regret doing that. I'd buy a rename token myself, but a.) I'm practically broke, and b.) I'm still deciding if I want to support LJ financially any more than I already have. :/
5. What is your favourite userpic? If it's your default, what is your second favourite?

Just because it's awesome like that. XD

Ten Things I Wish I Could Say to Ten Different People Right Now:
1. Hang in there -- if you take these steps now to get the help you need, things will get better, I promise.
2. How are your first days "out West" so far?
3. I'd like to meet with you again, like we did last December (I think), but I think it might be a little too soon. XD
4. It's been a few years since we talked face-to-face, but I still kinda feel awkward talking to you right now. ^_^;
5. You "forgot" about two big projects due on Wednesday that you haven't even start yet. And you wonder why I want to start living on my own ASAP. :P
6. Are you back from Russia yet? Do you want to hang out sometime? (If you still think I'm worth hanging out with, of course.)
7. Some days, I still miss you. A lot.
8. Sometimes I wish I could cheer you up and convince yourself to take better care of yourself, even if you are going to be 86 years old this week. But there's nothing anyone can do at this point, is there?
9. I wish I could be more interesting to talk to, I really do. :(
10. Has your AIM finally crapped out on you? Because I never see you online, and we haven't talked in a while. ^_^;
Nine Things About Myself:
1. I think I spent too much of my formative years studying and doing schoolwork, and not enough time spent outside or having any sort of meaningful social interaction. Not that I regret it entirely, of course.
2. As much as I can't live my life without music, if I'm trying to do something important, it ends up being a distraction.
3. IMing new people or people I don't talk to often literally terrifies me. (I'm keeping this one. XD)
4. Similarly, I have a horrible aversion to talking on the phone. (And this one too!)
5. As much as I love my parents and all that they've done for me, my absolute worst fear is that I'll become just like them.
6. I wish I could get more involved in political activism -- I just have no idea where to begin. O_o;
7. Sometimes, I just forget to eat. (Another one I'm keeping. 8D)
8. I've never smoked pot or taken any similar drugs, and with a couple of exceptions I've never had alcohol either. I'm not proud of this fact, but I'm not ashamed of it either.
9. I'm such a hopeless romantic, it's not even funny. :>
Eight Ways to Win My Heart:
1. Don't be angry or negative 100% of the time. It's fine if you have lots of things to be angry about (and believe me, there are plenty of things worth getting worked up over), but at least have some emotional maturity about it as well.
2. Don't say that something made you "lose faith in humanity" or something similar. I can't think of a phrase/saying that absolutely pisses me off more. I understand feeling like that on occasion, but saying something like that is simply annoying and childish.
3. Know your limitations; a little bit of self-awareness never hurt anyone. ;-)
4. If you're going to rant about a political issue or societal trend, at least know what the hell you're talking about, don't do it just to seem ~edgy~ or whatever, and be willing to listen to criticisms of your POV (or to reason, if the two happen to be the same or similar).
5. Have a sense of humor that's witty and nuanced, and doesn't resort to shock value or cheap laughs.
6. Seeing beauty and wonder in the everyday is a huge plus. :D
7. Be willing to be there and listen when I need to talk to someone.
8. Have at least some of the same interests as me. XD (OK, this isn't absolutely necessary at all, but this the most likely to win my heart the most. ~_^)
Seven Things That Cross My Mind a Lot:
1. "OH NO THEY DID NOT." (Yes, literally. XD)
2. thoughts regarding depression and "beating myself up" -- I don't think I need to go into this too much
3. "This is amazing/awesome/hilarious!" (The only 3 words I use to describe something good. 8D)
4. "I'm bored."
5. daydreams related to sex, typically involving fictional characters -- what? I'm in fandom, am I not? XDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
6. "Agh, computer, why are you so slow?"
7. daydreams related to my various story ideas I should write one of these days :P
Six Things I Do Before I Fall Asleep:
1. Procrastinate going to bed. XP
2. Check LJ/Facebook/Twitter/e-mail one last time.
3. Close the laptop (I rarely shut it off).
4. Close the windows (if they're open).
5. Change.
6. Daydream so as to not worry about why the hell I haven't fallen asleep yet. -_-;

Two Things I Want to Do Before I Die:
1. Write some things that might end up getting published.
2. Travel about diversely. (Keeping this one as well.)
One Confession:
I still tend to flap my hands a lot when I get excited. I try not to do it in public, but sometimes I can't help it. :P
