Peter Cullen will voice Transformers: Prime

The BEST news so far is that the TV Show’s Optimus Prime will be voiced by the legendary Peter Cullen himself. Mr. Cullen is the iconic voice of Optimus from the 80s’ G1 and Michael Bay’s Transformers Live Action Movie Franchise.

“Transformers: Prime will feature the voice of Peter Cullen, the original voice of Optimus Prime from the animated series as well as the Michael Bay-directed feature films. Additionally, "Transformers" feature screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Robert Orci will act as showrunners.”

Got one more bit of info. Till now, G1 is the only vintage show planned to go live at the HUB. However we expect the Beast Era, the Unicron Trilogy and other nostalgic Transformers Cartoons will air as the new TV Channel matures.

Transformers: Prime will air on 10/10/10.
