"Make us laugh, or nothing will"
May. 12th, 2010 01:56 amI handed in my last assignment right at the last minute on Monday, and as of this past evening I'm home for the summer. :D I'm worn out, my room is a mess, and I'm extremely anxious about my job prospects, but right now none of that matters -- I've very happy to be here right now.
I definitely want to make the most out of these next few months, because normally my summers fall into the same bad pattern: I relax and become lazy and do nothing while thinking about all I want to do with my free time......and then September comes. I'll definitely spend the rest of this week unwinding, as one should, but after that I hope to be a little more proactive this time around; it's going to be my last "free" summer before I graduate and have to start looking for a real job, not to mention the earliest I've gotten to start it, so I intend to make the most of it.
Despite that, I probably won't be talking about RL as much because, frankly, it won't be as interesting (not like it ever is, but still). Soooooooooooo.........
Everyone has things they blog about. Everyone has things they don't blog about. Challenge me out of my comfort zone by telling me something I don't blog about, but you'd like to hear about, and I'll write a post about it. Ask for anything: latest movie watched, last book read, political leanings, thoughts on alfalfa, favorite type of underwear, graphic techniques, etc.
Go on, have at. ;-)
