Day 19 | A talent of yours

This is really hard to say, since there really isn't anything I practice on a regular basis that would make me talented in something. I guess you could say I'm talented in writing, because people have complimented me quite a bit on my writing and I've gotten good grades on writing assignments for school (both essays and more creative stuff). The thing is, when it comes to creative writing, I'm horribly blocked, I don't have the time or energy to write, and as a result I haven't written anything in quite a while. And as far as essays for my classes go, I've started to cut corners a bit. It's started to become tedious, and I really want to get some spark back. I know I've done a lot of writing on this LJ, but it's not nearly the same thing. I'm just afraid that I will never have the time, energy, and willpower to write ever again, just because school and life in general has taken much of it away.

In the meantime, people here on LJ have told me my best talent is scoping the Internet for interesting links, videos, and music. I think I can live with that. ^_^;

This is probably going to be my last "free" night before I get absolutely inundated with work, so now is probably a good time as any to write about how my week is going so far.
