End-of-the-weekend fandom-y stuff

I'm sure this has made its rounds already, but a third TV season of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei has been green-lit; the article doesn't say how many episodes, but I'd guess it's be another 13. Being a fan of this series, I'm excited about the news and I'd totally watch it, but I'm starting to wonder if this show will begin to wear out its welcome, or just run out of good ideas.

Some preview footage from the new Transformers movie coming out in June. Proof that giant warrior robots can, indeed, cry like little girls. That scene was very cute, but I didn't care for the rest of the clip, even though Ravage (the dog-like robot) and Jetfire (the old geezer-type roaming the abandoned airplanes with a cane and a possible British accent) looked pretty sweet. I can't get too worked up over this because a.) I'm not the type to respond well to supposedly "cool" or "AWESOME!!1!!" action sequences like the ones in the clip, and b.) It's Michael fucking Bay.
Aagh, must go to bed now. And for anyone who celebrates it, Happy Let's-Get-So-Stoned-We-Gaze-At-Our-Own-Navels-and-Become-More-Fashionably-Cynical-and-Self-Absorbed-Than-We-Usually-Are-and-Then-Smoke-Some-More-Weed Day. ;D
