You've probably already heard this a million times before, but I'm posting this here just to be consistent:

New Hampshire Senate passes gay marriage bill (also mentioned in CNN link above;ontd_political post here)
Well, that's 10% of America legalizing gay marriage! Now for the feds and the other 90%....
Though I have a funny feeling the governor of New Hampshire, even though he's a Democrat, will pull the same "we already have civil unions for gay couples and besides marriage is supposed to be between one man and one woman goddamnit!" bullshit the governor of Vermont did and veto the senate's bill. Which means I hope there's enough support for an override like in VT. (And if you notice, I have a theme in the subject lines going on. I'm just waiting for the day I can post, "CALIFORNIA ÜBER ALLES," so that I have an excuse to post the Dead Kennedys' song and/or The Delgados' cover version. :D)
And I'm only posting this because I'm procrastinating and need to go to bed soon. Japanese skit tomorrow, so I need to get up early tomorrow and practice that a bit, and then 8-12 pp. paper all Thursday and most of Friday, due Friday @ 5 PM. I'm only one goddamned page into it because I'm a bit stuck on ideas, and I'm waiting until the skit is done so I can spend all my time until Friday evening focusing on this, because there's no way I'd finish it otherwise. It's definitely pushing it, but I've written more in shorter amounts of time, so it'll be stressful but completely manageable. And I have two more essays and two exams after this, aaaaaaaaaaaand this is the last time (hopefully) I'll bitch about work for a while. How's that? ;-)
