I haven't been active in any fandoms at all whatsoever, and yet I somehow have my own Fan History page. WTF? Granted, they don't have all the fan communities I'm in -- apparently some people who belong to certain communities just go through their members lists and add them. The only other way you can get on is if you've posted anything on FanFiction.net, which I haven't (yet, anyway). And even then, it lists my fandoms as Death Note and Transformers -- leaving out LoGH and Gundam 0079. I don't want to go in and change it, yet it's still really stalker-ish. O_o

So yeah, apparently I'm up at 4 in the morning for no reason. I'm turning into one of those people. D: At least I can get away with it right now -- tomorrow's Saturday, and I don't have anything big scheduled. Exam week pretty much means sitting around waiting for when you're supposed to take them. Yeah, you really need to be studying a lot, but I've never had an exam period yet where I had pretty much just exams. Fall semester last year, I had a portfolio and two take-home exams -- no "real" ones. Last semester, I had a portfolio, a take-home, and two "real" ones. And I might have had a paper or two thrown in there as well. Needless to say, I was quite busy then. This semester, I don't know how to manage my time -- exams only take three hours tops, whereas working on anything else takes me longer.  And I need to study, but not so much so where I go blue in the face and I start camping out in the library, you know?  So I've been wasting my time online, awake until 4 AM doing absolutely nothing, while trying to get some studying in the meantime.  Two of my exams are done (that Japanese one only took me a little over an hour!), and I have one Monday morning and one Tuesday morning, as well as that paper due Tuesday as well, so I'll try not to get distracted and crack down this weekend.  Four more days!  :D

And Time put out its Top 10 Everything lists for 2008.  And I must say, I really like their taste in movies.  Why?
  1. Wall-E is #1.  I've gushed about it before, and I'll gush about it again; I think this will be considered a classic a few decades down the line.
  2. It included 4 Months, 3 Weeks, & 2 Days at #4.  I admit this movie was depressing as hell -- it's Romanian, and it's about getting an illegal abortion, what else would you expect?  XD  Though I must say this was very well-done.  A movie rarely stirs up a lot of emotions in me at any one time, and this certainly did -- disgust and horror, mostly, as this was a kind of horror movie, but depression and sympathy as well.  It's unrelenting, and it's one of those movies you can only watch once, but if you're up for it I highly recommend it.
  3. I get to point and laugh at Speed Racer at #9.  Now, I haven't seen it yet, and now that it's on the list I plan on it, but it just got so panned by critics that now I'm left wondering why it's there in the first place.  Apparently it's supposed to be the "future of movies."  Judging from what little I know, this means that either Speed Racer is way, way, WAY ahead of its time, or the future of movies is in hospice.
  4. The number of movies I really, really want to see, like Synecdoche, New York, My Winnipeg, Milk, Slumdog Millionaire, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Encounters at the End of the World, etc.  (Not to mention Doubt, even though that wasn't on the list.)
  5. The Dark Knight?  Nowhere to be seen.  XD
Anyway, I gotta get some rest, like, RIGHT NOW.  Ugh, so tired...X_X
